Purchasing an ebook grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to read and retain a copy for your own use. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright. See our Terms of Service for the full license terms.
Uploading our ebook to file-sharing sites, "leak" sites, or any platform that distributes it to others is copyright infringement, and we reserve all rights to pursue it.
When you post a review or other user content on our store, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the store. Do not include content you do not have the rights to use.

5 — Trademarks and third-party rights

The names, brands, and trademarks of third parties (such as Shopify, PayPal, and product brands used in descriptions) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our store does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by those owners. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any purchase or use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

We aim to resolve every concern directly and fairly — most issues are fixed quickly by email, and we honor all obligations under our Refund Policy.

Informal resolution first: before commencing any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. We commit to engaging genuinely with any complaint.
This store serves customers in multiple countries. Where your local consumer law provides you with specific protections, forum rights, or mandatory dispute-resolution schemes (for example, the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform, or consumer protection agencies in your country), those rights are unaffected by anything in this notice, and you may exercise them.
