This page tells you who we are and how to reach us. It forms part of our Terms of Service; if anything here conflicts with the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, that law prevails.

1 — Who we are

The Ghurabah Hijrah Store is an independent, one-person online store operated by its founder and author, selling digital ebooks and (coming soon) physical merchandise. We are a small operation by design — when you contact us, you reach the same person who writes the books, designs the products, and packs nothing, because our merchandise is produced and shipped directly by our fulfillment partner's regional facilities.

2 — How to contact us

This is our only official contact channel. Any message about orders, refunds, delivery, pre-orders, or anything else should go here.

  • Response time: we reply to every message within 3 business days (business days exclude weekends). Often sooner.

  • Please include: your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the email address you used to place the order. One or two sentences about the issue is all we need — that lets us pull up your order and answer accurately on the first reply.

  • No reply after 3 business days? Please resend your message — occasionally a legitimate email is caught by our spam filter, and we would rather hear from you twice than miss you once.

We do not offer phone or live chat support. Email gives every customer the same careful, written answer, and keeps a record both sides can refer back to.

4 — Important security note

We will never ask you for your password, full payment card details, or remote access to your device. All payments are handled by our secure, PCI-compliant payment processors — we never see or store your card information. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for any of these, it is not from us — please forward it to yushaonhijrah@gmail.com so we can warn others.
